New Horizons
Partnering with youth to exit street life
New Horizons has one priority: Meet youth where they are.
Street life presents a multitude of challenges that must be addressed before youth can begin to apply for jobs or housing. At New Horizons, they start with the basics – food, shelter, clothes, a hot shower. Then the youth walk their own pace toward higher level resources like job training, case management, and permanent housing.
Volunteers and donations are the hands and feet of New Horizons’ work. Volunteers serve and build relationships that make a lasting impact in the lives of homeless youth. Donations provide the highest level of services to young people as they transition off the streets.
