“These things I have spoken to you, so that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation, but take courage; I have overcome the world.”
John 16:33 (NASB1995)

You may be constantly bombarded with challenges in your finances, health, or relationships. The real issue becomes, “How do I respond?” When David was faced with a challenge, he took notice of his past and how God had been faithful to deliver him from the paws of the Lion and the Bear. Do not buy into the lies of the enemy, who tries to impregnate you with a defeatist attitude. I like what Curt Altig, Founder & Chairman of Builder’s Capital and Board Treasurer for Liberty Road Foundation, said, “The enemy of your soul does not want you to advance. Recognize this, and ignore his lies by listening to God’s Word.”

Listen carefully:
“Greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world.” 1 John4:4 (NASB)
AND “What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us?” Romans 8:31 (NLT)

Be encouraged. God’s got you. Isaiah 49:16 (NLT) says, “See, I have written your name on the palms of my hands.”
