“I will praise the Lord at all times. I will constantly speak his praises. I will boast only in the Lord; let all who are helpless take heart. - Push the reset button: Start with praise. In verses 1-3, do you see what “I” is doing? “I will praise the Lord,” “I will constantly speak His praise,” “I will boast only in the Lord.”
- Pray: “I prayed to the Lord and He answered me.” And again, in verse 6, “In my desperation I prayed, and the Lord listened; He saved me from all my troubles.”
- Here comes the victory: “He freed me from all my fears.”
Prescription: Praise, Prayer and Deliverance. Take at least 2 times a day.
