“And He said, ‘My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”
Exodus 33:14 (NKJV)

In His presence there is joy. In His presence there is peace. In His presence there is provision. In His presence there is victory There is no mountain too high, no road too difficult, no situation too hard. Psalm 16:11 (KJV) says, “You will show me the path of life: in the presence is fullness of joy; at the right hand there are pleasures forever more.” Psalm 42:1 (NASB) says, “As the deer pants for water brooks, so my soul pants for you, O God.” And Deuteronomy 4:29 (AMP) says, “But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you search for Him with all your heart and all your soul.” If you want to walk in the presence of the Lord, then you need to be practice being in the presence of God. One of the major ways you can do this is through worship. By placing yourself before Him in a place of adoration, you make room for Him, and by focusing your attention on Him, you increase your awareness of being in His presence. Learning how to soak in God’s presence through worship is one of the most valuable things that you can do to feed your soul. God has promised that as you draw near to Him, He will draw near to you, and you will experience Him in an ever-increasing measure.

Take Action:
Father God, help me to be more disciplined and intentional about soaking in Your presence and help me to not allow those things that seem urgent to crowd out the most important thing in my life, Your Presence.
