“He inhabits the praises of his people.”
Psalm 22:3 NASB

Praise invites the presence of God and it’s in His presence where miracles begin to happen. So, I encourage you to start your day with praise, with Thanksgiving, no matter what you’ve got going on. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 NASB says, “Rejoice always; pray without ceasing; in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” Do you need to make a big decision, or do you need a creative idea in marketing your business? Praise Him more. Maybe you’re a bit frustrated and irritated over this whole virus thing: your kids want to go to school and see their friends, and you as parents, want that, too. Praise Him more. And you need more peace, more joy, more contentment. Praise Him more. Do you have a bad habit that you can’t seem to conquer or are you fighting depression? Praise Him more. Sometimes it’s just hard to offer up praise. You may not feel like it and you’re tired. You may feel like God is off in the distance somewhere and really doesn’t care about what’s troubling you. Those painful blows and losses can send us spiraling downward. There is an answer: make the decision daily to give Him praise no matter what you’re feeling! That’s right! Just praise Him more, praise Him more. Would you declare right now? “The moment my feet hit the floor in the morning, I will start my day by praising God.”
