As business leaders, we are challenged through His word to raise our level of leadership and to ask ourselves if we are honoring Christ in the workplace environment. Here are just a few questions that we need to ask ourselves:
- Are we bringing our walk with Christ into each business relationship?
- Are we valuing people highly? “Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.” Ephesians 4:32 NASB
- Are we treating and motivating those entrusted to us with respect rather than threats?
- Are we learning to speak appropriately and sensitively? “Let your conversation be gracious and attractive so that you will have the right response for everyone.” Colossians 4:6 NLT
