As a business leader, you are often faced with situations where you have to carry a heavy load of responsibility coupled with the normal stress of living: make goals and decisions, manage employees, etc. There are 4 keys to help you with stress management in 2020.

Key #1: Cast all your responsibilities upon the Lord.
The word “cast” means to chuck, throw out, or throw overboard. We’re good at chucking things but we’re also better at reeling them back in. So many times we take back what we laid at the feet of Jesus and say, “I can do that myself.” You have got to leave what you cast at His Feet. Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28 NLT.” I Peter 5:7 NASB says, “Casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.”

Key#2: Talk to God.
“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. Philippians 4:6-7NLT.”

Key #3: Listen to God.
“But all who listen to me will live in peace, untroubled by fear of harm. Proverbs 1:33 NLT.” Remember that God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

Key #4: Never give up. Keep persevering.
Isaiah 40:29-31(NLT) tells us, “He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless. Even youths will become weak and tired, and young men will fall in exhaustion. But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.”

These 4 Keys will open up the door to peace, joy, and power in the Holy Spirit.
