“Summing it all up, friends, I’d say you’ll do best by filling your minds and meditating on things true, noble, reputable, authentic, compelling, gracious—the best, not the worst; the beautiful, not the ugly; things to praise, not things to curse.”

Philippians 4:8 (The Message Bible)

What we dwell on affects our thoughts and thoughts affect our attitude. Dennis Mannering said, “Attitudes are contagious. Are yours worth catching?”and it was Winston Churchill who said, “Attitude is a little thing that makes a difference.” Attitude on an airplane describes the horizontal relationship with the runway. If the plane’s attitude is not aligned correctly, the plane will make
contact with the ground at the wrong angle and can crash. Attitude in your business and in your family can break or make you. Check your attitude.

  1. How is your attitude toward authority? Are you respectful, teachable, helpful. I Peter 2:13-15
  2. How is your attitude toward hard circumstances? Are you patient, believing, not giving up? Romans
    8:28
  3. How is your attitude toward misunderstanding? Are you peacemaking, patient, forgiving? Colossians 3:13
  4. How is your attitude toward relationships? Are you walking out selflessness, humility, and being concerned with others interests daily? Philippians 2:3-7

“A leader’s attitude is caught by his followers, more quickly than his or her actions.”John Maxwell
