John L. Dammarell, PhD, serves as Executive Director of Liberty Road Foundation, a nonprofit based in Redmond, Washington, committed to mobilizing business and community leaders to bring hope, dignity, and significance to those in need.
John has spent decades in both pastoral ministry and marketplace leadership. He previously served as Senior Pastor of Valley View Christian Church in Kent, Washington, and later as Director of Community Relations for City Ministries at The City Church in Kirkland, where he helped lead large-scale food distribution efforts throughout the greater Puget Sound region.
He holds a Bachelor of Theology from Northwest Christian College, a Master of Divinity from Phillips University, and a PhD in Practical Ministries from California Graduate School of Theology. He is also the author of Churches Without Walls.
John and his wife, Karilyn, share a large and growing family, including six children, twenty grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Together they continue to live out the conviction that a significant life is not loud—but poured out.
