“Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise,

making the most of your time, because the days are evil.”  (NASB)

Ephesians 5:15-16

No matter what you do you can’t buy more time.  No scientist, no matter how intelligent, is able to create more time.  Twenty-four hours is the best any of us get.  So the question is this, “How are you doing with what you have?”  There is nothing that separates successful people from unsuccessful people more than how they use their time so the real issue comes down to managing yourself.  What are some of those qualities of a person who manages himself?

1. You need to have a clear understanding of your purpose.

2. Be careful to not get off on rabbit trails such as procrastination.

3. Keep persevering in spite of adversity.

4. Above all put humility, kindness, love and generosity toward one another.

DECLARATION:  I will choose to become more aware of how well I am managing myself.
