Suzie and Kate were taken from their birth mother as infants, due to exposure to domestic violence and their birth mother’s drug use. The girls had different fathers and both fathers left the family during the mother’s pregnancies. After being bounced around to several foster homes, Suzie and Kate finally landed in the loving arms of The Johnsons–an Olive Crest adoptive family. After several months, the girls were officially adopted and live happy and healthy lives.
