IMPORTANCE OF MENTORSHIP

The question we need to ask ourselves is this: Are we doing all we can to develop the skills and giftings that God has put within us? Proverbs 27:17 NASB tells us, “Iron sharpens iron, So one man sharpens another.” Proverbs 19:20 NASB further tells us that we are to seek good counsel for our business, “Listen to counsel and accept discipline, That you may be wise the rest of your days.” Take time to spend time around wise businessmen and women. Go to seminars and workshops and read through business magazines. Do what you can to avail yourself to learn and become a more effective business leader.
