“Wait for the Lord; be strong and let your heart take courage; Yes, wait for the Lord.”

Psalm 27:14 NASB

One of the hardest and most frustrating things you will do is waiting. You’ll be tempted to try to make it happen in your own time, your own strength. However, in this waiting period you’re doing it with an attitude of expectation, being reminded that God is able to do beyond your wildest thinking. I like what it says in the devotional Jesus Calling, “Waiting on Me means directing your attention to Me in hopeful anticipation of what I will do. It entails trusting Me with every fiber of your being, instead of trying to figure things out yourself.” Here are more encouraging words. “You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.” Psalm 16:11 NKJV
