“O great and mighty God The LORD of hosts is His name; great in counsel and mighty in deed, whose eyes are open to all the ways of the sons of men, giving to everyone according to his ways and according to the fruit of his deeds.”   (NASB)

Jeremiah 32:18-19

The Father’s eyes are open to you, pouring out His counsel and giving to you

according to what you have sown into others in your business.

What are the seeds that you can sow into your business that will yield much fruit?

1) Appreciation of your employees and words of encouragement and thanks, a positive uplifting work atmosphere, caring for their personal needs, bonuses when they least expect it.   Always thinking through ways in which you can value them.

2) Appreciation of clients, expressions of thanks for their business, and follow-up.

3) Serving the disadvantaged outside the corporate walls, demonstrating a heart of compassion.

4. Walking out the journey of significance with your business to the community.

Isaiah 58:10-11 clearly states that when you’re giving yourself and your business to the hungry and satisfying the desires of the afflicted, the Lord will guide you, will satisfy your desires, give strength to you and you will be like a well watered garden and as the 12th verse clearly states, your business will be known as a rebuilder of the waste places and a restorer of the streets in which you dwell.
