“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.” Ephesians 6:12 (NASB)

Just as David was faced with the challenge of overtaking the giant, we face challenges daily, some of which we don’t understand, others that seem unbearable.  Ephesians 6:13 admonishes us to put on the full armor of God.  He does not say to put on someone else’s armor.  It didn’t work for David to put on Saul’s armor and it won’t work for you.  It’s not about building your life on someone else’s prayer life or faith.  You must prepare yourself for battle with your own armor, the armor of God.  God will always equip you for challenges.
