More often than not one of the primary tasks as a business leader is problem solving. There are three things that will help you when confronting problems. First of all, keep perspective. You can have joy and peace and not stress out because you are recognizing the purpose and the results. I like what John Maxwell says, “Leaders must think correctly about problems and see that their followers grow stronger through them.”Second thing you will need to do is pray, asking for wisdom. How many times have you said, “I can work this out on my own. I don’t need help.” And yet the Father is saying, “Trust in me with all your heart, don’t just lean on your own understanding…and I will direct your path.Proverbs 3:5-6 NASB.” In other words, put your ego aside and trust me. And the third thing you’ll need to do is pray in faith. Pray with expectation. He is able. Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen.
