Deanna Powell serves Liberty Road Foundation through Business and Volunteer Development. Deanna will work with business leaders, community members and volunteers in King County (Central and North) to support the many opportunities to transform lives through Liberty Road Foundation and its non-profit partnerships.

Deanna was born in a small town called Placerville in the foothills of Lake Tahoe in northern California. She moved to Kirkland/Bellevue when she was 10 years old and went to Bellevue Christian School from elementary until she graduated high school in 1994. Deanna began volunteering and donating her time and money to various charities from the time she was very young, building houses in the ghettos of Tijuana, Mexico, handing out sandwiches and blankets to the homeless of Seattle & Tacoma, volunteering at the Special Olympics, and raising money for charities that support domestic violence survivors, troubled youth, clean water in developing countries, animal shelters, wounded warriors, and drug & alcohol counseling. Deanna was also on one of the service teams that traveled to Batzchocola, Guatemala with Liberty Road Foundation and Agros International in 2007. In 2016, she traveled for 10 days through Addis Ababa and Lalibela, Ethiopia where she was able to minister and raise money for 7 different charities that support women and children there. Many of the charities she supports are important to her because of her own experiences and struggles. Deanna has also worked in the mortgage industry for since 1998 and has many ties to the corporate world.
