Board of directors

Barry Horn is the Founder of Liberty Road Foundation and serves as its President. He is the EVP National Production Manager at Guild Mortgage Co., a full-service mortgage company. Prior to joining Guild Mortgage, Mr. Horn’s experience consisted of over 30 years in executive operational and sales management, including serving as the Assistant to IBM’s Chairman. In addition, Mr. Horn was formerly the Chairman of SeaPar Ventures, an international merger and acquisition firm, and CEO & President of Saltmine LLC, an E-business solutions company.

In addition to his management role at Guild Mortgage Company, Mr. Horn currently serves on the boards of four outside companies. Mr. Horn has demonstrated management experience and has expertise in developing and executing major policies, programs, and objectives. Mr. Horn holds a B.A. from Taylor University.
