“I will bless the Lord at all times;

His praise shall continually be in my mouth.”  (NASB)

Psalm 34:1

When you’re going through difficult times, how often do you find yourself focusing on what God has not done yet instead of having that attitude of gratitude, thanking and praising Him continually for what He has done?  The word gratitude is a feeling or attitude in acknowledgment of a benefit that one has received or will receive.  Melody Beattie said, “Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life.  It turns what we have into enough, and more.  It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity.  It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.”

“In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”  (NASB)
