A MESSAGE FROM OLIVE CREST

 This weekend we will be doing a placement for a family where the mom has cancer and is going in for treatment today and her 5 children will be spending 3 days with 4 different safe families from 3 churches. Dad lost his job, they lost everything to a house fire, and they literally have nothing. They have been so grateful for the support from our Safe Families. Mom said, “Every time we need something-and we need a lot-someone drops by with the exact things that we need. It’s amazing.”

> Mom is scared and is fighting for her life, but now she has an extended family of people that will be caring for her kids and giving the whole family support. Please keep everyone in your thoughts and prayers. We’ll keep you posted on how it all goes.
