“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.”
Matthew 11:28-29 (NASB1995)

“Casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully.”
I Peter 5:7 (AMP)

Sometimes when you’re trying to solve your own problems, you can end up complicating things even more. It’s tough to see clearly when you’re in the middle of it all. Have you experienced something like that recently? Troubles are like quicksand: the more you struggle to get out the deeper you sink. Jesus is always standing by to help you in times of trouble, but you have to come to Him.

I love this don’t you? Jesus says, “Come to Me all who are weary.” Are you carrying some tough stuff in your life? Bring your disappointments, your failures, your broken dreams to the Lord. Bring your fears and your anxiety to Jesus. Bring your financial and relational struggles and whatever you might be struggling with in your business. Bring it all. Lay it all at the feet of Jesus. Let Him carry you and bring you through whatever is going on in your life. Come to Him for everything and take it to Him in prayer. Let the Lord begin to heal you and give you His peace. Be encouraged. Psalm 46:1 (NASB1995) says, “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.”

Prayer of Action:
Lord, life hurts right now. I need You to take care of the problems I’m facing. Lord, I bring all my concerns to You right now, and I thank You for Your peace. I declare by faith that John 14:27 is my promise: “Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Do not let your heart be troubled, nor let it be afraid.” And I am thankful, Lord, that, since You take care of the lilies of the field and the birds of the air, how much more You will take care of me. Thank you, Jesus. Amen. Amen.
