Jesus knew His purpose was to serve and give. He was proactive and did not allow himself to get sidetracked and off course. There are so many situations and things that come along that look good on the surface but there are also too many that distract you and pull you away from your purpose. I would encourage you to be proactive in your serving and giving otherwise you can become easily sidetracked and lose sight of your purpose.
Dear God, help me to not waiver or be so easily influenced by the opinions of others and circumstances that come my way that I lose sight of my purpose. Thank you, Father, that you are my strength, my confidence, and my refuge. In Jesus Name, Amen
