“I waited patiently for the Lord to help me, and he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the pit of despair, out of the mud and the mire. He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along. He has given me a new song to sing, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see what he has done and be amazed. They will put their trust in the Lord.”
Psalms 40:1-3 (NLT)

God did not help you through your times of struggle and lift you up out of your need and change you to sit on it. He does His work in us so we can be used by Him to do His work in someone else. He has put opportunities and open doors before you. He has blessed you. The door is open, but you must be intentional about stepping through it. What He has opened no man can shut. You must trust Him and believe in Him, believe the dream that He has put within your heart. Know that even through all the struggles, emotional pain, and loneliness you thought would never end in your life, God is now asking you to be strong, take action, and don’t back down. You can and will make a difference in someone else’s life. Reach out now. Someone needs you to listen to them, encourage them, pray for them, and just be there to walk with them through their pain. You will make a difference.

Declaration:
“You comfort us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us.”
2 Corinthians 1:4 (NLT)
