I just love the springtime. Just the other day I stepped out on our deck. It was raining, then almost instantly it quit and the sun came out. It was the most beautiful picture of spring you can imagine because there was that freshness of fragrance and the glistening of fresh water upon the new growth of the plants. That is what your life is like in Christ. New life. He gave Himself up for you and because you accepted Him into your heart as your Savior and Lord, you are a new person. That’s the good news – your old life, all that stuff in your past is forgiven. Romans 8:1 NASB says, “Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” He assures you that He is your Refuge and Strength and that you are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you. He reminds you that you are the apple of His eye. Be comforted that no weapon raised up against your business, your family, your relationships will prosper. With Christ you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. You are blessed.
