As business leaders, you are challenged through His Word to raise your level of leadership and to ask yourself if you are honoring Christ in the workplace environment. Here are just a few questions you might yourself:
- Am I bringing my walk with Christ into each business relationship?
- Am I valuing people highly? Ephesians 4:32 NLT says, “…be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.”
- Am I treating and motivating those entrusted to me with respect?
- Am I learning to speak appropriately and sensitively? Ephesians 4:29 NASB says, “Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, so that it will give grace to those who hear.”
